Almost everybody has a gun, but not everyone has training, respect and understanding of guns. TN laws has made it easier to have guns, including for 18 years and older. Politicians and officials are constantly talking about gun violence and gun safety but are offering no real solutions.
Maybe they should consider utilizing U of M, Lemoyne Owen, Rhodes College and SWCC to conduct studies on the attractions, usages and possessions of guns in different areas of Memphis.

1. DOJ, 2. Department of Safety, 3. Department of Commerce,
4.TN Post Commission, 5. Mississippi Enhanced, I am a certified use of force expert, but nobody is asking me.

The end of an Era. I have been training "Fred and Grady" for 5 years, can't meet 2 better guys, never said 20 words total the whole time. "Fred" retired 6 months ago, the job is letting "Grady" go next week.
These 2 made my job easy and appreciated, I enjoyed working with them every 6 weeks.

Memphis politicians, churches and community groups have short visions.

Every public event should include information on gun safety and safe storage.
***Reportedly, there have been 125 children treated for gunshots this year, 4 this week.***
Memphis has several qualified instructors that can be contracted, no need to tie up law enforcement passing out gun locks and and information.

Peeps, I am against unnecessary violence, but get you some protection and training. Young man close to me had to fight for his life and defend himself in a deadly situation. Thankfully he survived. I have been hugging on him all day. These knuckle heads are, violent and don't give a d**n! Fight to win!!!

The news asked me to offer some safe and practical ways to carry your firearm.
1. Get proper training.
2. Carry concealed in a holster.
3. DO NOT carry your weapon in purses, "man bags," visible or unsecured in your pocket
4. Carry a hot chamber or cylinder.
5.Consider a gun without an external safety (finger off the trigger), no police guns have safeties.
6. Invest in a gun safe for your home and vehicle 7.Practice situational awareness.
8.Cover is your best friend.

Now the criminal has a gun or another gun.
Another sad thing is this lady can get charged criminally and worse if this gun is used in a violent crime.

Get trained, never carry your gun in your pocket or purse.

Gunmen began firing shots at a man after crashing into his car, but the other driver shot back.
