It is no longer a question of if AI will play a role in healthcare, it’s how the technology can continuously and ethically be deployed to fill this role. By keeping humans at the heart of health decisions, holding healthtech to the highest standards and ensuring inclusiveness and equity, we can continue to explore the tremendous potential for improving our healthcare system and patient experience through AI.

In collaboration with virtual reality software company Nanome, Exscalate4Cov hopes to accelerate drug development by utilizing an Oculus headset to visualize molecules in a three-dimensional Space. This has the potential to revolutionize the way in which medications are developed, potentially increasing accuracy and efficacy for future therapies.

Looking at molecules in 3D arms scientists with important information that’s hard to glean from traditional 2D formats.
