We're not just raising our own kids.
We're raising each other's.
Every time your daughter's friend sits at your kitchen table, she's listening.
Every time your son's buddy sleeps over, he's watching.
What we allow. What we don't.
What we laugh off. What we correct.
What we say in our homes when we think no one's paying attention.
What we post for the whole world to see.
What we tell our daughters about their worth.
What we tell our sons about respect.
And maybe most of all, what we don’t tell them.
The silence teaches too.
So here’s my ask: hold the standard. Not just for your child, but for every child who walks through your door. Speak up when it’s uncomfortable. Model what you want repeated.
Because it truly takes a village. And we are the village. 🤍
