Hello, hello!! We are looking for work outside of our full-time jobs. We are thinking of doing $36/hour, as there are two of us working, and we aren’t going to bu****it our work. No hidden fees, we work on a time basis. We are willing to do pretty much anything you ask, and no judgement to your home. We are also willing to negotiate, based on service, or problems in your personal life. We will have to take before and after pictures for legal reasons. If we have consistent customers, we will have discounts, for every 5 sessions, you will have 25% off, an hour on your 6th. We do not provide services over 5 hours. Also, we do charge for distance driven, to and fro, so say .75¢/mi, so say, 25 miles, is $18.75 ONE way, so you’d be paying, $37.50, for travel expenses. 10 miles, $15, and so on. We are nearing Darien Center.
We own a pressure washer(we can do driveways, your house, porch, car…), mop, dust pan/broom, and can bring a shampooer, but you will have to provide a vacuum. There is a hauling fee, for each of these products. I’d say, $25 for the pressure washer, and $5 for the shampooer. Services with these two products MUST be requested. We will bring our own cleaning disinfectants/solutions, and scrubbers. I work personally with poultry, and he does concrete, I’m not scared to work without gloves. He will. I hope that doesn’t affect anything.
Our services include anything from dishes, laundry, wall-cleaning, mopping, shampooing, pressure washing, house upkeep/pickup, garage organizing, however, however. We can also do litter and manual dog cleanup. We do not have much experience in lawn care, but if you have the supplies, we can do it. I manage my own lawn, and Justin, is working on our garden. Justin also can do a lot of handyman care and IF he can’t I promise you he will tell you. He can change your oil, brakes, fix minor plumbing issues, minor repairs, just give him a “loan”and he will have your change with a receipt. Saturdays, can be extended beyond the five hour mark, to 8, potentially. But customers may vary to 1-2. This is freelance, and we are VERY willing to take on jobs, ASAP, but compromise IS important. He has weekends off, I have Tuesdays and Saturdays, are days off can kinda be special, as we both strive for overtime, and sometimes get stuck with overtime too.
Potentially we may like to drive into other gigs so if you’d like to help us train, or get into other hobbies/“gigs” such as cooking positions, or shopping/travel help, or card-making/letter making, we got you! I make excellent art, and as you can see, I do try to be thorough.
Here is an example of a Pressure Wash, service, along with whatever cleaning, saying we worked 5 hours, yada yada, and we gave you a bill for the distance, you live 30 miles away. WE DO NOT BILL YOU MORE BASED ON THE CONDITION OF YOUR HOME:
$45(distance), $180(time), $25 (hauling service)..
=$250
Now an example of a standard cleaning without hauling charges, 3 hours, 30 minutes… 20 miles…:
$30(distance), $126(time)
=$156
Also just because we have a “five-hour mark” doesn’t mean me won’t finish up ex. the dishes, if we’re doing the dishes, or sweeping if we’re sweeping.

ALSO! with handling the pressure washing, we would need access to a water supply!
