☀️ Still soaking in all the goodness from the Geneva Women in Business Luncheon this week. What an incredible room filled with smart, driven, kind, ambitious women all navigating business, life, family, growth, and everything in between.

I had the chance to share about something I’m still learning myself every single day: boundaries.

Not perfect boundaries. Not Instagram-perfect balance. Real-life boundaries. The kind that protect your energy, honor your priorities, and remind you that being everything to everyone isn’t actually the goal.

We talked about giving ourselves permission to say no. Protecting time that matters. Letting go of guilt. And realizing that burnout isn’t a badge of honor.

The best part? The conversations afterward. Hearing your stories. Laughing together. Connecting over the reality that none of us have this figured out all the time — and maybe that’s exactly the point. 💛

So grateful to Geneva Women in Business and the three ladies who spoke alongside Jamie. We truly have some brilliant women here in the tri-cities ready to help women in business!
