My journey began in high school, working for my dad in our family's analytical laboratory business. With a degree in business and chemistry and 20 years’ experience under my belt, I purchased the company from my father, and began to grow it. But, in a few years I hit a ceiling, and needed a new approach to take the business to the next level. That's when I found the Entrepreneurial Operating Syste
m® (EOS®). I worked with an Expert Implementor for 4 years and have real world EOS® experience serving as a Visionary and Integrator for a combined 7 years. After tripling the size of the business and spending nearly 30 years in a heavily regulated industry, I was getting burned out, so I decided to position the company for sale. Over the next 2 years I worked to improve the value of the company, hired an investment banker, entertained several offers, and in 2020, sold the business to a private equity firm. I stayed with the new company for 3 years helping with the transition and assisting in the evaluation and integration of several acquisitions. I knew from the moment I decided to sell the company that I wanted to pursue my passion of helping others succeed. I love working with teams and helping organizations achieve their full potential, maximize their value, and reach new heights of success.
