Industrial Cooling Towers would like to welcome Mr. Phil Thennes to our team as the New Service Director for our Erectastep Division. Mr. Phil comes to us with over 30 years of sales and management experience from companies all over the US. He is looking forward to growing our Erectastep Division and utilizing our customer relationships we already have and gaining new ones. One of his main goals is to get in front of the customer to conduct lunch and learns to give our customers more knowledge on how Erectastep can truly benefit their company to it’s full potential. Welcome to the team Mr. Phil, Industrial is looking forward to taking Erectastep to a whole new level.

Industrial Cooling Tower’s April Employee Spotlight is on Chris Moreaux. He has more than 41 years of experience in Cooling Towers with 34 of them being at Industrial. His attention to detail and quality make him a fantastic asset to our team. Chris is always willing to help anyone on his crew know more about the industry and develop their skills. He takes great pride in his work and his customer service is on point. When he isn’t working, he loves to spend time with his family and duck hunting. If you meet him, you will know he is a Cajun to the core. He is also a crawfish expert. Thank You Chris for all your dedication and hard work you put into our company.
