Stay hydrated, take breaks when you need them, and don't ignore the warning signs of heat stress. Just as importantly, keep an eye on the people working beside you.

Sometimes a coworker notices something isn't right before you do.

☀️ Safety Tip: Don't Wait Until You're Thirsty.

Working in the summer heat takes more than just determination—it takes preparation.

A few reminders that can make a big difference:
💧 Drink water throughout the day, not just during breaks.
🧢 Wear appropriate PPE and protect yourself from direct sunlight whenever possible.
⏸️ Take breaks when needed, especially during the hottest part of the day.
👀 Watch for signs of heat stress in yourself and your coworkers, including dizziness, headaches, nausea, or confusion.

Looking out for each other is one of the most important parts of every jobsite.

Stay safe. Stay hydrated.

🌎 There's something rewarding about seeing a project come together.

Every stage of construction represents the hard work, planning, and dedication of the people in the field. Looking back at where a project started and seeing where it is today is a reminder of what teamwork and attention to detail can accomplish.
