The AAPL Annual Meeting is always one of the highlights of our year, and this year's conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, was no exception. It was an incredible week catching up with familiar faces, making new connections, and enjoying the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other land professionals from across the country. The Annual Meeting offered excellent educational sessions that were well-structured and featured respected speakers from across the industry. Salt Lake City was a fantastic host, and we greatly appreciate all of the hard work that the entire AAPL staff, board, and conference organizers put into making the event such a success.
At MAO Professional Land Services, we believe in supporting the industry beyond the work we do every day. One of the most memorable moments of the conference was seeing BRAPL (Baton Rouge Association of Professional Landmen) receive the 2025–2026 Presidential Award for Meritorious Service. We are honored to be involved in an association recognized for the welcoming hospitality and support shown to AAPL leadership. We’re grateful to the AAPL Board of Directors for such a meaningful recognition and are proud to contribute to an organization that continues to strengthen our profession at both the local and national levels. Congratulations to everyone at BRAPL who helped make this achievement possible.
