Hey y’all! It’s been a while! Just wanted to give y’all an update on what’s Been goin on the last few months since we’ve been getting messages about upcoming shows.
The Semi-Tones are currently taking a break to pursue some other projects. We’ve loved playing together the last 2.5 years, and really appreciate all of the support y’all have shown us the entire time! If you want to keep up with us, read the low down on what’s in the works below !
Chris Allen (Lead Vocalist) and Bryce Powers (Drums) are going to be core members in a new band called Capital CIty Soul. This party band will specialize in funk/soul/pop covers. It will include standard 6 piece, with 3 piece horn section available. They will focus primarily on Weddings & Private Events (with public showcases occasionally)
Colter Frideley, Blake Powers, and Derrick Lemon will be core members of The Rummies (again), which will feature Taylor Clark as the lead vocalist. They will play a wide variety of genres, but a lot of the covers will be rock driven 🤘
Chris Allen will be playing some acoustic duos as will Derrick Lemon!
