The Founder/Owner of NoGi Consulting LLC has extensive educational and professional knowledge that has equipped her to effectively and efficiently achieve a successful business.
She has a Ph.D. in Public Policy with a concentration in International Development, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Public Policy and Internal Audit, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
She is a policy expert with experience as a Policy Director, MPA Professor, Legislative Auditor, etc. which includes planning and development; spearheading quality improvement and policy initiatives by bringing stakeholders together; providing briefing and strategic advising; and motivating others especially team members and students by developing their critical thinking skills.
She is a business expert with experience as a Consulting Manager, Budget Administrator, Corporate Internal Auditor, etc. which includes the ability to meet clients’ needs by focusing on growth strategy; bringing innovation and connecting across leadership teams by deepening relationship building; and delivering detailed results and making recommendations.
She is a servant leader with experience in the private sector, public sector, academia, etc. and she possesses high ethical standards and integrity; she is inclusive of team members and students by having the ability to interact with diverse individuals; and she is an analytical person that understands clients and stakeholders’ issues and challenges, by handling and resolving conflicts.
