Chief of Minds is proud to continue our partnership with the EBR Schools and BRAC summer youth internship program through CareerBridge.

This year marks our third year participating, and we are excited to welcome three interns into our organization. Last Thursday’s matchmaking session gave us the opportunity to meet these young ladies, learn more about their interests, and begin building the foundation for a meaningful summer experience.

Programs like CareerBridge matter because they connect students to real work, real mentorship, and real exposure to what is possible in the workforce.

We also want to celebrate Kyler Washington, one of last year’s interns, who represented the impact of this program well. Experiences like these remind us why investing in young talent is not just good community work, it is workforce development in action.
