🌟 See the future. Build toward it.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been meeting with a small group of friends and colleagues to do something every business needs from time to time — step back and imagine the future with intention.

I brought a curated list of 20 standout vision statements from companies I admire, and we used them as inspiration while I guided the group through two exercises: defining what they want their 2026 vision to be and then sketching it out on giant Post‑its with markers and creativity.

Next up: turning those visions into clear, actionable goals.

This is the work I love most — helping leaders and small businesses get clear on where they’re going and build strategic plans that actually move them forward. When your vision is clear, everything else becomes easier: decisions, communication, momentum.
