Commodity Supplemental Food Programs (CSFP) Eligibility Criteria

* Self-declared income of $1,470 a month for a single person.

* Applicant is at least 60 years of age.

* Applicant resides in service area.

To apply for CSFP:
*Applicant must bring proof of age and residency.

* CSFP Clients will receive TEFAP Food Items in their CSFP Food Box.

* Applicant/Client can only receive CSFP & TEFAP from one distribution location.

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) Eligibility Criteria
*Need for emergency food for both individuals and/or families.

* Self-declared income of $2,265 a month for a single person, $4,625 for a household of 4 or participates in SNAP, WIC, FDPIR, CSFP or a child receives free/reduced meals at school.

*No application necessary.

COPD is a major cause of disability, and it is the fourth leading cause of death in the United States according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Signs and symptoms of COPD are shortness of breath, wheezing, chest tightness, unintended weight loss, and coughing with mucus.
