Meet the Players spotlight this week is on Mellissa Gwynne.

Mellissa has always loved playing board and card games with her family and kids. When Delano posted an opening for an account manager position, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to role the dice! 🎲

Mellissa truly enjoys working with customers and has a passion for relationship building in business. She brings a smile to work with her EVERY day!

Meet the Players Spotlight:

Next is our “oldest” member of the team, Operations Manager - Nick Haas.

When Nick Haas first discovered that he couldn’t grow up to be a Starship Captain, he turned to the next best thing: printing board and card games. Nick joined EPI Marketing Services over 17 years ago, then moved into Delano in 2012. Obsessively learning as much of the science as possible of our print-world manufacturing, Nick eventually found himself elevated to the position of Operations Manager of Delano overseeing all of our print production projects. In his free time he volunteers with GAMA: The Tabletop Game Association and goes camping more than anyone would reasonably enjoy.

Nick’s favorite games are Axis and Allies, Ticket to Ride and anything with a spaceship or ray-gun in its theme. Nick’s wife enjoys beating him mercilessly... at Splendor.

Meet the Players spotlight:

We're bringing you a quick series of introductions to the Delano team so you will know the team you're trusting with the manufacturing of your games!

First up is our "newest" member of the team, President Kelly Graham.

Kelly brings over two decades of experience and dedication to her role. A proud alumna of Ferris State University, where she studied Printing Technology and Management in the late 90s and early 2000s. Kelly's career trajectory was swift: she graduated on a Saturday, interviewed on Monday and began her journey with EPI Marketing Services (the Delano Games parent company) the following week.

For more than 23 years, Kelly has been an integral part of the EPI family, spending the bulk of her career on the manufacturing side of the business. Her recent transition to lead Delano Games is an exciting shift, offering new customer facing opportunities to leverage her deep industry knowledge.

Outside of the office, Kelly is a busy Mom to a high school Senior and a devoted "pet mama" to three fur babies. When its time to relax, she enjoys a competitive game of Scattergories or Euchre.
