These are just a few of the furry supervisors we've encountered this month. None of them lifted a branch, touched a chainsaw, or did anything remotely productive...yet somehow they all felt qualified to inspect our work.
Here's to the best unpaid supervisors in the tree business! 🐶

2. People who look at a tree and say "That thing is definitely going to fall on my house someday."

Ever tried playing Tetris with a tree? This one had exactly one acceptable landing spot, because if it swung any other way… it would’ve kissed a building, railing and/or other items goodbye. Our crew lined it up, controlled the cut, and watched it land right where it needed to.

The squirrel survived the bucket truck...these stumps were not so lucky. They were standing in the way of a homeowner's building plans, so we had to call in the grinder. Another successful Eager Beaver eviction. No stumps were willing to comment.

This sugar maple stump table will be an auction item at the Curt Johansen benefit. The table top is roughly 28 inches wide and over all height is around 30 inches. Benefit is May 30th from 4-8pm at the Community Center in Dalton. Proceeds help the Johansen family recover from expenses due to Curt’s treatment for stage IV cancer.

This squirrel climbed onto Travis today while he was trimming trees. We’re one singing bird away from a Disney movie.
