Looking for some side work , basic remodel or just painting a room or two and don’t have the time ? I can do drywall repair , basic plumbing , basic electrical . I’m certified heat and air and EPA in both HVAC and refrigeration, can work on most appliances both commercial and residential. I have all the tools needed for almost any job . Trim work small framing jobs , you buy materials, I’ll bid or charge by hour for my time . I’m transitioning into my Service company again , may take on another company to work for depending on pay . Let me know what you have , bigger jobs I have a possible extra set of hands but basically be by myself . Also do trash outs and complete make ready turn key from trashed to clean and rentable , top to bottom .
