650 triple Chap crank on the balancer. 1st video is with a bob weight built up for the balance factor calculation for the rotating assembly weights. Notice the imbalance. 2nd video is running with 12 grams of weight added to correct the imbalance. Notice how much smoother it is !!

Just finished this 583 XLT Polaris triple crank that I built into twin cylinder that has been modified to fit 340 TXL Polaris crankcase. It’s 60 stroke with longer rods & balanced factored for the rotating assembly. This project is 340 super mod for Mike Bishop Racing, in Michigan ……….

Just finished assembling this 550 Polaris 65 stroke crankshaft. Modified to fit a 400 Indy Polaris case & balanced factored for the rotating assembly. Its for a special project in Michigan.

Another crank project on the balance fixture. This one is a NOS XLT triple Polaris built into a twin cylinder. 60 stroke with longer rod than stock. It’s fit up for 340 TX crankcase. Bob weight is built up for rod & piston reciprocating weight. This set up will be for a 340 Polaris Super Mod oval racer ……….

Checking the balance factor on a 340 TX Polaris crank project with short PTO ,3 mm longer rod & 64 mm bigger piston. Bob weight is calculated for the heavior rod & piston.
Looking like it will take 26 grams of mallory to get too the factor I’m shooting for …..
