You shouldn't have to wait until your knife is completely useless to have it sharpened. 🔪

In fact, maintaining an edge regularly means less material needs to be removed each time.

If you're starting to notice:

• More pressure needed while cutting
• Tomatoes squishing

Today I'm trading sharpening knives for a pretty major milestone — my little guy's FIRST DAY OF KINDERGARTEN. 🥹😭

Running a business means a lot of early mornings, long drives, busy market days and juggling approximately 47 things at once… but some days are simply more important.

Today is one of them.
