I’ve been a little quiet here lately. 🤍

Sometimes life asks you to step away from the noise and put your energy where it matters most. The past few weeks have been about family, change, and navigating a transition we didn’t necessarily see coming.

Being away from social media has given me something I didn’t realize I needed: A deeper appreciation for the people I love, the moments we often take for granted, and the incredible humans who show up when life gets complicated.

To everyone who checked in, offered support, gave us grace, or simply reminded us that we weren’t navigating this chapter alone—thank you. Your kindness has meant more to me and my family than I can put into words.

Date night done right. 🖤

Phil and I checked out the at in Hudson Yards, and we had an absolute blast. The VIP experience made it even more immersive, and for about an hour, we were completely pulled into the world of Black Mirror.

If you’re looking for something different, interactive, and just the right amount of unsettling (in the best way 😂), this is definitely worth adding to your NYC list. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

This birthday looked a little different—celebrating aboard a Norwegian cruise, surrounded by Bermuda’s crystal blue waters, sunshine, laughter, and love.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized the greatest gift isn’t the destination, the cake, or even the celebration itself. It’s having the health, strength, and opportunity to experience these moments at all.

A few years ago, I couldn’t have imagined how much life would change. Today, I’m healthier, happier, more confident, and more grateful than ever. Every sunrise at sea, every step on a new shore, every memory made feels like a reminder not to take a single day for granted.

47 feels less about getting older and more about collecting moments, embracing adventures, and appreciating just how blessed I am to be here for all of it.

Here’s to another trip around the sun, a heart full of gratitude, and many more beautiful adventures ahead. 💙✨
