Eleanor’s 80th birthday florals! and a glimpse into the garden to studio to venue flow.

Eleanor’s centerpieces were filled with fragrant, colorful, curly stems in various shapes and textures. we leaned into an elevated garden look, with an emphasis on seasonal flowers and the organic nature of wild stems.

our garden beauts, orlaya, honeywort, cherry caramel phlox, ruby red stock, pink pokers, salvia, and a single cosmos stem (lol) arrived just in time for the occasion. swipe to the end for the final placement at 🌾

Part of our Mother’s Day profits will go directly to local community food and supply pantry located in Brentwood, New York.

A moody, artistic wedding aesthetic brought to life by these beautiful humans

Felicia’s wire-frame headpiece was inspired in part by the Antler Queen from the show Yellowjackets. It was designed with honey locust seed pods winding upward at the center of the frame, and touches of delicate hyacinth blooms, rosy orchids, dark calla lilies, reflexed tulips, and small grevillea flowers hanging from the edges. Feminine, but also a lil haunting and mysterious; a theme that carried us through this part of our styled shoot 🥀

Centerpiece highlights from Alanna + Peter’s wedding day on Shelter Island last September.

A + P’s wedding designs were fruit and veggie inspired, with funky sculptural elements and diverse shapes and textures. We leaned into a rich red and green color palette, along with a sprinkle of warm summer tones.

Our intention was to make each table to feel as if it were its own art installation, with seven different centerpiece design recipes that spanned the fourteen reception tables. Each design had a unique flower recipe that highlighted a different 🍉🍅🌶️🫑🍊🍆🌽 variety. From chains of tomatoes crawling across the surface to bud vases made out of oranges. So. Much. Fuuuuun!!!

the beautiful unruly mess of spring reflected in a series of tiny, precious, earthly things happening at once. the forsythia on the side of the expressway is starting to bloom and it always brings me back to this installation with

this install features a hanging forsythia design peppered with upside down tulips cascading from its branches, terracotta pots of living plants from local nurseries, crawling foliage, bud vases of seasonal stems, intertwined with candlelight and rose petals; anddd a little mushroom that just happened to pop up the next to the building the morning of the photoshoot.

springtime and garden goddesses.

featuring a fine art floral headpiece that moonlights as a cascading bouquet. it was an absolute dream bringing this piece to life with and 🌿

each bloom was individually attached to a handcrafted wire frame design, creating an interactive statement piece that offers play and movement, and honors the vibrant, yet light and airy energy that springtime brings.
