🚨⚠️🚨Sign Setup Requirements & Customer Reminder🚨⚠️🚨
To ensure your sign can be safely and properly installed, please read the following setup requirements:
🌱 Please 💦WATER💦 the area before your scheduled sign setup.
I cannot stress this enough!
The ground must be soft enough for the stakes to be safely and securely inserted.
You should be able to insert a screwdriver into ground like a hot knife in butter.
I send a friendly reminder text the morning of your setup with an approximate arrival time and a reminder to please water the area where you would like the sign placed.
If the ground is too hard, dry, or compacted for me to easily insert the stakes, I will not be able to set up the sign, and no refund will be issued. I cannot risk damaging or bending my equipment by forcing stakes into hard ground. Repairing or replacing damaged equipment can cost as much as, or more than, the amount paid for a sign rental.
📍 Please provide a picture of the desired setup location.
I also ask that you send a picture of the area where you would like your sign installed. This allows me to know exactly where you want the sign placed and helps ensure I can complete your setup as requested.
If a picture is not provided, I will not guess where you want the sign installed. If I arrive and there is no clear location provided, I may decline the setup, and no refund will be issued.
I work hard to accommodate my customers and provide the best service possible. I simply ask that you help me by following these requirements so I can protect my equipment and complete your setup easily and successfully.
