We Care Credentialing was started because I wanted to take the stress off providers who wanted to become participants in commercial insurance companies. We Care Credentialing was created because of the love and respect that I had for my job while working for AmeriHealth Caritas of DE as the credentialing specialist. I had experienced that many providers needed assistance with correctly doing paperwork, CAQH, and applying for Medicaid IDs so I resigned and started my own company to ensure that providers received the assistance needed. We Care Credentialing is not all about the money, we also want to build a relationship and we want our providers to be satisfied with our services.

I wanted to share my experience this week. I am Credentialing a provider and I was informed by Aetna that the panel was closed. Well that was unacceptable. I had a previous person from Aetna who helped me with another situation. I contacted that person informed him of this situation, provided him with the necessary information and guess what!! I received a contract for my doctor and the rest is history.
