Today marks 89 years since the Attack on Pearl Harbor.
On this day in 1941, thousands of Americans faced a moment that reshaped our nation and set a generation on the path to war.
As of this year, only a handful of survivors remain, all more than 100 years old. None were able to attend today’s ceremony — a powerful reminder of how quickly living history becomes legacy. Their stories, their courage, and their sacrifice must never be forgotten.
Today, we honor:
🇺🇸 Those who fought back against impossible odds
🇺🇸 Those who made the ultimate sacrifice
🇺🇸 Those who lived through the attack and carried its memory
🇺🇸 The generation that answered the call and defended freedom across the world
We remember their courage. We honor their sacrifice. And we carry their legacy forward.
“Remember Pearl Harbor.”
