Have you seen our latest commercial for Howell Furniture? 🎬

For their 67th anniversary, Howell Furniture gave us the opportunity to think outside the box and create something a little different from your typical furniture commercial!

We developed a story about a man from 1959, the year Howell Furniture first opened its doors, who travels through time to discover the home of tomorrow... TODAY!

While the store and everything around him are in full color, our visitor remains in black and white until he experiences the technology and innovation of modern furniture and mattresses, bringing him into the present day.

It's a fun blend of nostalgia, storytelling, and modern innovation that celebrates Howell Furniture's 67-year history.

Founded in 2000, Americom was built to bridge the gap between traditional advertising and the emerging world of digital marketing.

A year later, September 11 changed far more than the way Americans traveled. Advertising stopped. Campaigns were rewritten. Brands reconsidered their words, imagery and tone. And in the weeks that followed, the anthrax attacks even changed the way marketers approached one of the industry’s most established tools: direct mail.

For a marketing company working heavily in traditional media and direct mail at the time, even the mailbox became part of a rapidly changing world.

We watched airport security transform, the TSA emerge, mail practices shift and communication take on a new level of sensitivity. More importantly, we watched a country grieve, respond and come together.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless families forever changed.
