Asher Construction is seeking serious, qualified buyers for approximately 60,000 cubic yards of light orange sandy-clay fill expected to become available from a proposed pond excavation.
Price: Starting at $5.50 per cubic yard, loaded at the excavation site.
Important purchasing information:
* This material is for sale; it is not free.
* Buyer is responsible for providing and coordinating all trucking.
* Delivery is not included.
* Material will be loaded by appointment according to the excavation schedule.
* Contractor and large-volume pricing may be available for firm quantity commitments.
* Final material classification and availability are subject to testing and project approval.
Priority will be given to dirt contractors, developers, builders and other buyers capable of purchasing and hauling substantial quantities.
