Most teams reach for PPE first… 🦺
But on the Hierarchy of Controls, PPE is actually the last line of defense. 🔚
At CSR Safety, the goal is to push risk up the pyramid:
✅ Eliminate or substitute the hazard
✅ Add engineering controls (guards, ventilation, barriers)
✅ Use admin controls (training, procedures, scheduling)
🦺 Then finish with PPE as the backup, not the hero
