Zechzer Excavating is a locally owned company looking for a reliable person to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking crew, this could be a great fit.
We are hiring for a heavy equipment operator
What we’re looking for:
• CDL strongly preferred however, we are willing to work with qualified, motivated individuals to obtain their CDL
• Equipment experience
• Must be willing to help with manual labor when needed
• Reliable and team-oriented
Schedule:
✔ Monday–Friday
✔ Steady hours
✔ Home at a reasonable time during the week
✔ No weekends or holidays (except occasional snow plowing in winter)
Pay:
Based on experience with opportunities for pay increases after performance reviews.
