Sound baths are a time to meditate, relax, and let the vibration flow through you. There are various methods and ways to facilitate this type of meditation. This sound bath utilizes seven singing bowls that resonate with the seven main chakras to help to cleanse your energy. The music helps to release tension and eases you into letting go. This is a time for grounding, empowering, and strengthening your connection to yourself.

We will combine this sound bath with Yin Yoga, aligning the poses to the sound frequency of each chakra.

The fee is $12 and includes a light treat and drink.

Hi Everyone! I have decided to "re-brand" my business, leaving behind Lumi Yoga.

I will now be known as ! This new name represents more of what I aim to bring to our community, which is self love and acceptance, as well as confidence to practice yoga and all types of fitness, no matter what our age, body type, or exercise experience. We all deserve to honor our bodies as they are today.
