I completed the 3rd HighLevel Certification that's currently available, A2P Certificate Of Completion.

A2P 10DLC is the registration process required for anyone sending SMS messages via software like HighLevel, Hubspot, Active Campaign etc (Application to Person).

It's required if you're sending SMS messages to the US, and it's a requirement of the Phone Carrier companies to try to cut down on spam.

We've successfully gotten several of our members and clients approved, but there are a lot of things you have t understand in order to be approved, and there are a lot of small things that can cause you to be rejected.

The new features that HighLevel (ClickHubs) releases are mind blowing!

Next week they have their annual summit where they announce the biggest releases of the year so I'll have more updates then, but so far I've seen some previews of:

✅ Webinar Funnels - we already include a Webinar Platform for our ClickMax users and this first version from HL is very basic, but very interested to see where this goes in 6 months (I imagine it will be very usable by then)

✅ AI Funnel Builder - Use AI to create your funnel pages. Also super basic (maybe more released next week) from what I've seen, but as I mentioned with Webinars (and every HL major release) their model is to release the first version in its most basic form then use feedback from the community to make it better (and they move fast)

✅ Events calendar for our Communities - we'll be able to post our events in the communities, including in Private Channels and Paid Events, this is HUGE.

These alone are huge, but stay tuned for more.

I earned another HighLevel Certificate, the "Course Creator Certificate Of Completion".

Even though I've already launched several very successful courses, I learned quite a bit here in terms of structure as well as how to create a thriving community.

I'll post some value here as well soon, but for now one thing that really stood out that seems like such a simple concept, but so easy to skip:

Clearly state what people will get out of taking this course, and use that as your guide for the course content.

This is super valuable for both being able to clearly convey how this will benefit your members (outcome) in your sales pitch, but also to make sure the content of your course delivers on the promise!

I just passed my HighLevel Certified Admin certification!!!

(test was this morning from 1:30am to 3am yikes hehe)

Even though I've been using HL for over 5 years (for my agency, and for the last 1yr + for my ClickHubs SaaS), i learned quite a bit and it was a lot more challenging than I expected.

I decided to get certified for a few reasons:

1) We want to offer the best support available anywhere to our SaaS members so I saw this as a way to up my HL knowledge and stay on top of my game

2) I thought this would add a high level (pun intended) of credibility and exposure

3) We are working on creating our own in-house support and I wanted to see if this would be worth putting our team through, and now that I've gone through it I see that it is

4) As we start doing more HL Affiliate promotion, we want to be able to offer the best support and resources available to those who join HL using our Aff link.

5) I though having access to a private community of certified admins (I believe just over 300 now) would be a valuable resource.

The program is $97/month or $970/year and so far I think it was a smart move for myself and my business and well worth the investment.

Once you become certified you get added to a directory that will send you leads, and also you become part of an exclusive community that also sends leads over, great opportunity for some of you!

Clixio is shutting their CRM down and with it leaving their users out of their investment :(

When we first started ClickHubs we were asked so many times:

❓Are you going to offer a Lifetime Deal?

❓Why won't you offer a Lifetime Deal?

We actually had quite a few people reference Clixio, who was doing exactly that at the time but have since announced going out of business.

Our reason was and is simple, we don't see it as a sustainable model for any company that is offering Customer Support and numerous ongoing resources for its members.

At ClickHubs, as our members can attest we place the highest priority on Customer Service and world-class resources (both with our additional app offerings as well as our funnels, email copy, and other resources).

That all comes at a cost and there's no way we could do that if we offered a lifetime deal, and we're sure Clixio isn't the only company that will be shutting its doors

(as a serial lifetime deal purchase for several years, I learned the hard way that most companies that offer these deals will either go back on their word or go out of business, both of which leave you with exactly nothing 💔 ).

I find it interesting how they try to spin this as a positive for their users, saying it's great news that you can transfer to HighLevel directly (not mentioning once how you lost the money you invested in them).

Last week we announced that a QR code builder was added to the Reputation Management in , our all-in-one CRM and Marketing platform. (there's a post below with the help doc video).

Today we added a general QR Code Builder, so you can create a QR code for any website OR for your review site, you can include your custom logo, background colors and more. 🙏🏼

There's also an Analytics page so you can see which QR codes are performing best (great way to test different placements and channels)!

We've added lots of ClickHubs (and HighLevel in general) tutorials to our Youtube channel.

The most recent is showing you how to use a new feature, math calculations in Forms and Surveys (along with conditional logic to show different results based on the answer.

Imagine we have a form that asks:

👉 How much do you spend on email service provider each month?

👉 How much do you spend on web hosting each month?

👉 How much do you spend on CRM each month?

👉 How much do you spend on your Course Hosting each month?

Then I can calculate that total in real time and subtract our monthly ClickHubs fee (starting at $97/month).

So I'll have three options:

1️⃣ If your total is more than $97.00/month, I can show you in real time how much you'll save by switching to ClickHubs, and I can send you to a sales page with that savings displayed, along with an order form (or whatever I want on the sales page)
