Happy Thursday! I'm reaching out today to share an update and some really exciting news in my life.

I have changed the name of this page from Positive Thought Counseling and Coaching to Empowered to Rise Coaching, to reflect the name of my new coaching business.

Even though the name has changed, I continue to be the positive force behind it, working every day to lift others up and shine a light on the things that not everyone sees. Mindset really is everything!

Starting today, I will be posting here regularly and can't wait to get to know you all!
