Public Service Announcement 🎃

10/21/2026

Exciting news for our sister site in Salem, VA!

One year ago today, we released our Wright Manor Promo video, and today, we are thrilled to announce that it has officially been named a Gold Winner in the 22nd Annual Davey Awards!

The Davey Awards honors small teams, boutique agencies, independent creators, and indie shops bringing big ideas to life without big budgets, spotlighting the bold ingenuity that proves creativity has no limits. Evaluated by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA)—an assembly of 1,100+ industry leaders from acclaimed brands like Mastercard, National Geographic, Burberry, and more—entries are judged against a high standard of creative, technical, and strategic excellence. Earning a Gold honor means scoring a 9 or above on the AIVA’s rigorous rubric, making this recognition an incredible milestone for our team.

We couldn’t have brought this vision to life without incredible collaboration. A massive thank you to Fernando from Castillo Creative Media for his exceptional videography and for helping us tell the story of Wright Manor so beautifully.

In case you missed it or want to celebrate the anniversary with us, you can watch the award-winning video here: https://youtu.be/iI26W2ji3vg?si=ZpIOzTW2jIREvsno

Thank you to the AIVA jurors and everyone who has supported our work!

Just another typical day on the job for our cataloger, Jeff! 🤠🐎

Sometimes when you're out cataloging an incredible client home, you just have to pause, channel your inner cowboy, and take a vintage mechanical riding horse out for a test drive (complete with a full rendition of "Old Town Road").

You never know what kind of childhood treasures, hidden gems, or nostalgic throwbacks you're going to uncover when sorting through a lifetime of collections. Safe to say, Jeff takes quality assurance very seriously around here.

Who else remembers having or riding one of these growing up?

When you ask your cataloger to show off her favorite find of the day, and she casually pulls a concealed sword out of a walking cane... 🦯🗡️
Thankfully, no injuries or worker's comp claims today! 😅

Please help us wish our owner, Jarrod, a very Happy Birthday today! 🎉

Our team is at a house in Radford today, and they are already uncovering some amazing items, including this carving on an interior staircase. The intricate carving is stunning. Here's where we need your help.

Do you think these are dragons, gryphons, sea monsters, or something else entirely? We would love to hear your thoughts!
