FBS Protection Group is proud to set a new standard for event and venue safety across the Northeast.

We are proud to be the **only security company in the Northeast with Certified ShowStop® Managers on our team**—bringing specialized training, preparedness, and leadership directly to the venues and events we protect.

ShowStop® Managers are trained to recognize critical situations, support coordinated decision-making, and help implement a structured response when an event or performance may need to be stopped due to a safety concern.

For FBS Protection Group, security is more than staffing a post. It is about investing in advanced training, professional development, and proven safety practices that better prepare our team to protect guests, performers, employees, and venues.

This week, the FBS Protection Group team has been hard at work training, learning, and continuing to raise the standard.

We started the week with world-renowned security expert Mr. Mark Herrera of Global Awareness Professionals, who delivered Protective Hospitality training to our team, focusing on the connection between security, guest service, awareness, communication, and leadership.

We then welcomed Pink Bows Foundation security experts Mr. Steve Allen and Dr. Mark Hamilton, who traveled all the way from the United Kingdom to provide specialized training and certify members of our team in Showstop® Procedures.

Having the opportunity to learn directly from internationally respected professionals is an investment not only in our team, but also in the clients, venues, events, and communities we serve.

At FBS Protection Group, training is more than checking a box. It is about continuing to develop our people, strengthen our capabilities, and ensure our team is prepared to provide the highest level of professional security and guest service.

A huge thank you to Mark Herrera, Steve Allen, and Dr. Mark Hamilton for sharing their knowledge, experience, and expertise with our team.

Better Training. Better Preparation. Better Protection.
