Working in the shade on Harper Rd under 422, after another truck hits the bridge.

Edit - All lanes of travel have reopened on Harper and the freeway, Should be all set for Tuesday morning rush.

We aren't kidding. Avoid US 422 eastbound approaching the Harper Road exit AND Harper Road at US 422 in both directions. Traffic is a mess approaching those areas. Traffic is trickling through but it is SLOW. A northbound truck clipped the overpass and tipped over underneath the overpass. Only one truck was involved. Injury to driver appears minor. Expect traffic to be extremely impacted for several hours. Thanks Rich's Towing, H&H Towing and Solon Patrol Squad 3 for doing the best we could with this at rush hour.
