Hide-A-Way Ranch Cookers Competition BBQ Team A lot of people ask, “Is Hide-A-Way Ranch a real place?” The answer is Yes! This was his Ranch and his Cook’s Team name.

My Uncle, Jud Perry, owned some land in the black jacks of Anderson, TX. He competed at the local Grimes County Go Texan and Bubba Can Cook for 20+ years. My wife and I would travel from Louisiana to attend these events, and THAT is where my Love of BBQ started! In 2018 he decided to retire cooking and asked me if I wanted to become Hide-A-Way Ranch Cookers. With Great Pride I accepted and here I am, Randall Kendrick with Hide-A-Way Ranch Cookers! I have only been Competition Competing since 2018, but I have learned so many things and met some Great Friends who have become Our BBQ Family!
