After mounds of documents were submitted, and then additional documents were submitted, and then two more rounds of additional documents were submitted I was notified yesterday by the Department of Veteran Affairs that Aadco, Inc is now a Certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB).

I am truly blessed to have a group of people who work so hard to help make Aadco successful year after year. Today we were named Siemens Fire Safety "Distributor of the Year" for the Great Lakes Territory. I am extremely proud of my team and to the level in which we perform. We may be a small company, but we make a lot of noise in the alarm business.

And the winner of the 1st annual Aadco Christmas Party - Chili Cook-off is...............Josh Beer. Josh won in a lands...

And the winner of the 1st annual Aadco Christmas Party - Chili Cook-off is...............Josh Beer. Josh won in a landslide victory. He was awarded a 1st place certificate and his name is the first on the giant wooden spoon that will be hung in our warehouse (I know that he is proud). Josh indicated after the win that the name of his chili was called the Boilermaker (as he is a PU fan). To be honest, I was one of the few that did not vote for the #2 chili. There was something about it that I just did not care for and turns out I was getting choked on the name 😁😁😁(Most know that I am a lifelong IU fan).

Covid ruined our annual Christmas party at our favorite Japanese Steakhouse (Fujiama's) so we started a new tradition this year...Our 1st Annual Aadco Christmas Party/Chili Cookoff.
