Carpenter / Excavation Technician
Pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
We're looking for a dependable, skilled Carpenter / Excavation Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on a variety of residential projects. If you're someone who likes solving problems, working with your hands, and being part of a team that values integrity and craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you.
Every day is different—from residential remodels and finish carpentry to excavation and site preparation. We believe in doing things the right way, supporting one another, and delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
What You'll Do!
As a member of our team, you'll help complete residential remodeling and excavation projects from start to finish by:
*Performing interior and exterior residential remodeling
*Operating excavation equipment safely and efficiently
*Installing cabinets, millwork, flooring, tile, drywall, and finish materials.
*Assisting with basic plumbing and electrical work when needed
*Reading blueprints and following project plans
*Preparing and maintaining clean, organized job sites
*Loading, unloading, and lifting construction materials
*Collaborating with electricians, plumbers, and other trades
*Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
*Picking up materials and supplies as needed
*Ensuring projects meet company quality standards
*Following EPA and safety regulations
*Communicating daily progress and job site updates with the office
*Building positive relationships with homeowners and clients
*Reporting job site concerns promptly
*Accurately completing timecards and mileage records
What We're Looking For!
We're looking for someone who has experience in several of the following areas:
*Residential carpentry
*Cabinet and millwork installation
*Drywall installation and repair
*Tile installation
*Interior and exterior painting
*Laminate and hardwood flooring
*Basic plumbing and electrical
*Excavation equipment operation
*General construction
