Thanks to Beth for having ADM Dirt Works out to refresh her driveway and add a proper guest parking area.

Here's the rundown:
✅ Reconditioned the existing gravel drive — broke up weeds and loosened the material to blend with fresh base
✅ Dug out an 18' x 10' guest parking area and set a solid base
✅ Hauled off and repurposed material on site
✅ Shaped and compacted everything back into place
✅ Finished with 3" of compacted asphalt millings for a clean, durable surface

Now she's got a driveway that sheds water and a dedicated spot for guests to park — built to last through Montana seasons.

We took a worn, rutted driveway and rebuilt it the right way: ripped and reshaped, crowned for proper drainage, then based, watered, and compacted before laying down a solid layer of asphalt millings. The result is a smooth, durable surface built to handle Montana seasons for years to come.

Bringing a driveway back to life — the right way. 🚜

Big thanks to John and Laurie for having ADM Dirt Works out to restore their driveway from the ground up. This one was all about building a surface that lasts.

Here's how we did it:
✅ Ripped and loosened the existing compaction
✅ Reshaped and crowned for proper water runoff
✅ Hauled in fresh road mix to touch up low spots
✅ Watered and compacted the base with a single drum roller
✅ Laid down 3" of asphalt millings
✅ Watered and compacted the millings into a smooth, solid finish

A properly crowned and compacted driveway sheds water, resists ruts, and holds up season after season — no more wash boarding or soft spots.
