I recently went to visit my colleagues at our sister location in Fortworth . It was a great trip learning best practices from my peers, and I even had some free time to explore the DFW area. Feeling blessed to be a part of a team that leaves me feeling rejuvenated and motivated! Can’t wait to take what I learned and implement it at . At the start of 2025, I knew it would be a transformative year—I could feel it in my soul. I turned 30 in January, and with it came a shedding of my old self: old habits, old friendships, old trauma. Deep down, I knew these were holding me back from evolving into my highest potential.

It wasn’t easy. The struggles of my childhood and my 20s often made me feel like I wouldn’t make it out alive, let alone thrive. I had to make difficult decisions and embrace changes I knew were necessary to become who I was always meant to be. I guess that’s what growing pains really feel like.

Now, as the year comes to a close, I am happier than I have ever been—a joy I once only dreamed of. I am thankful for my incredible support system, and most of all, I am grateful for myself. Change starts within; no one else can do it for you.

As the great Megan Thee Stallion said, “This year I did my big one, next year I’m going bigger.” Thank you all for believing in me. Here’s to continued growth, joy, and success in 2026. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🥂
