What a kick-ass auction day!

Going into the weekend, the forecast called for rain, rain, and more rain. We showed up to a little wet weather in the morning, but after about 45 minutes, the skies opened up, the rain moved on, and we ended up with an amazing day of auctions.

A huge thank you to all the real ones who came out anyway. Some brought umbrellas, some brought ponchos, and some just threw on a hoodie and showed up. The Montana spirit was alive and well today.

We had some incredible units, some big-league winners, and plenty of treasures changing hands. In all the years I've owned this company, I can honestly say this was one of the most fun and productive auction days we've ever had.

Thank you to everyone who came out, bid, bought, helped, and made the day what it was. Now I want to hear about it—what treasures did you find? Post your favorite finds and photos in the comments. Let's see what everyone took home!

Auction’s coming up on Saturday proceeding as scheduled!!

⚠️ AUCTION REMINDER – PLEASE READ ⚠️
Due to the high number of new bidders at our Montana storage auctions, here are the key rules before Saturday:

Drivers license required to Register for Auction.

All units are sold AS IS – WHERE IS with no warranties. You are bidding on the entire contents of each unit as one lot.
Units may be viewed from the doorway only — no touching or entering.

This is a CASH ONLY auction. A 10% buyer’s premium applies (example: $1,000 bid = $1,100 total). Payment is due immediately at the end of the auction. No “dash for cash” after the sale — please bring more cash than you think you’ll need. You can always deposit unused funds back into your bank.

All items must be removed within 48 hours (by Monday at 5:00 PM) and units must be left broom clean. No dumpsters may be used.
If you cannot complete removal by the deadline, you may coordinate with the storage manager to rent the unit for up to 30 days to finish clean-out.

Vehicles or motorcycles sold will include auction documentation for DMV/title transfer.
