Outdoor bootcamp will start the 2022 season on Tuesday May 10th. Sessions will go from 5:00 to 5:45-6:00AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer. This will take place by my house across from the golf course. Cost is $12.50 a session so grab a friend and let’s get to work! Message me if you are ready to join!

💥💥OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP IS BACK!! Starting on Tuesday June 1st we will be resuming our training on Tuesday and Thursday’s 5:00AM-6:00AM through the summer! Find a buddy and let’s get this going! It is a fun small group training session and a great way to start your day right! This will be held at my house and will be a variety of cardio, strength, and endurance training! Please ask if you have any other questions!!

The weather is getting warmer and the snow is almost gone means we are getting closer to outdoor boot camp! I have not set a for sure date yet but I am thinking sometime in May! I hope to see everyone back and if you haven’t come yet I hope this is the summer you try it! Grab a buddy and try it together! Great workouts, accountability, and fun games with a partner/teams! Hello all! Hope everyone had a great Holidays! Of course after all that we are getting back into our normal fitness routines! Candace has been coming in an kicking some butt every session!
