Position: Medical Billing & AR Specialists / Medical Credentialing VAs
Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home
Schedule: U.S. business hours
Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:
>Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
>Contact insurance companies and use payer portals to obtain benefit information
>Verify deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums
>Confirm in-network/out-of-network benefits and coverage
>Check authorization and referral requirements
>Document insurance verification details accurately
>Assist with medical billing and other RCM-related tasks as needed
>Maintain accurate patient and insurance records

Requirements:
>2–3 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Medical Billing/AR or Medical Credentialing, preferably in behavioral health, substance abuse, or mental health
>Strong understanding of insurance eligibility and benefits
>Experience working with U.S. insurance payers and payer portals
>Familiarity with EHR, EMR, or medical billing systems
>Excellent English communication skills
>Strong attention to detail and accuracy
>Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
>Comfortable working U.S. business hours
