Another Fayetteville project coming together! 💪

Our GNG Underground crew installed this new retaining wall along with curtain drains around the home to help capture and redirect water before it can become a problem.

The drainage system was designed to move water away from the house and safely out toward the road, helping protect the property from erosion, standing water, and drainage issues.

We finished the area off with fresh sod to leave the yard looking clean and complete. 🌱

Another backyard upgrade completed by GNG Underground! 💪

This project was all about making the space more functional, cleaner, and easier to maintain.

We upgraded the existing paver pathway to a new 4-foot-wide concrete sidewalk, creating a solid, smooth walkway through the backyard.

Inside the fenced dog area, we poured a new concrete slab to make cleanup much easier while also helping prevent the dogs from digging underneath the fence. 🐾

With several mature trees throughout the project area, we made sure to leave generous rings around each tree rather than pouring concrete tight against them. Those areas were filled with rock, giving the trees room to continue growing undisturbed while keeping the finished space clean and low maintenance. 🌳

A lot of thought goes into the details—and those details are what make a project work for the homeowner long after we're gone.

Another backyard transformation wrapped up! 👊

This project started with a sloped, unused area and was transformed into a new concrete patio and dedicated hot tub pad, giving the homeowners a solid, level space they can actually enjoy.

We handled the grade changes with a retaining wall, created the patio area around the existing stairs, and finished it off with clean concrete work built to fit the space.

Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do—taking an area that wasn't being used and turning it into something functional for the homeowner.

Another backyard transformation wrapped up! 💪

Our GNG Underground crew built a two-tier natural stone retaining wall to create a level, usable gravel patio area while making the most of the existing slope.

We incorporated a natural stone staircase leading up to the crawl space door, along with a concrete staircase leading up to the driveway for better access throughout the property.

🇺🇸 BUILT FOR RECOVERY. BUILT TO LAST. 🇺🇸

This has been one of those projects we’re especially proud to be a part of.

Our customer served in the Army, spending years jumping out of airplanes and putting his body through the kind of punishment that comes with that service.

For this project, GNG Underground teamed up with KJ’s Construction on the construction of a custom 10’ × 10’ cold plunge that’s 6 FEET DEEP. We also built out a massive new concrete patio area for his sauna, completely transforming this backyard into a space for recovery, relaxation, and spending time outdoors.

The cold plunge was no small project either — excavation, forming, reinforcement, concrete placement, and a whole lot of work went into bringing it together. We’re proud of how our crews worked together to make it happen.

For the homeowner, this project has an even bigger purpose. After years of jumps, he’ll be able to step into his own backyard and have a place to decompress and help his body recover from the years of wear on his neck and back.

Projects like this remind us why we love what we do. It’s not just about pouring concrete or building something — it’s about the people we get to build it for.

🐾 This is why we love our community!

One of our crew members had his dog with him on a job, and with this Arkansas heat, our customer went above and beyond. They let the pup hang out inside their home in the A/C while we worked — and apparently they enjoyed the company so much they asked us to bring the dog back next time so they could babysit again! 😂🐶

It’s little things like this that remind us how lucky we are to work for such awesome people right here in our community.

🚧 **Another Outdoor Upgrade Complete!** 🚧

This project was all about adding more usable space, better parking, and improved erosion control around the property.

We completed:
🪨 A new gravel driveway extension
🚗 A **parking pad by the road** using natural stone block and gravel
🌊 A fresh layer of river rock to clean up and refresh the landscaping
🪨 Bee stone edging along the new driveway extension to help control runoff and prevent erosion
