Something's to think about
1. The officer is wearing body armor and boots, so it makes it harder to move and much heavier in the water.
2.Where does the officer secure radios and weapons so that people can still access life saving equipment
3. Thoughts about electronic key fobs and body cameras and tasers can't be left unsecured either.
4. How do you secure your vehicle and scene in this scenario.
