Bruce’s Excavation is growing, and we’re looking for a hardworking, reliable team member to join our crew!
What You’ll Be Doing:
• General labor (shoveling, raking, grading, etc.)
• Operating skid steers and excavators
• Driving trucks and hauling trailers
• Assisting with excavation and landscaping projects
• A little bit of everything—no two days are exactly the same!
Requirements:
✅ Must be reliable and show up ready to work
✅ Must pass a drug test and ongoing random drug tests.
✅ Must be able to obtain a Michigan DOT Medical Examiner’s Card
✅ Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
✅ CDL is a huge plus
✅ Must have dependable transportation to and from work
✅ Willing to work 50–60 hours per week during the busy season
✅ Occasional Saturdays may be required
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
• Trailers
• Skid steers
• Excavators
• Heavy-duty trucks
• Landscaping or excavation work
