Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling them to provide exceptional customer support to our diverse clientele. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through effective client services. This is an evolving role, so candidate must be adaptable, trainable, a self- starter and has to be truly interested in future growth.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Utilize phone etiquette to create a professional interaction with clients.
Assist in the development of customer service protocols that enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address customer feedback.
Some bookkeeping, marketing and payroll tasks maybe required. All training would be provided as needed.
Experience
-Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a bilingual capacity.
-Proficiency in Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
-Ability to analyze situations critically and provide effective solutions promptly.
-Demonstrated experience in client services or support roles is beneficial.
