This is a varied and highly independent staff packing-unpacking position within a small move management office. Customer service plays a key role in this position. Organization skills are needed in order to follow the job sequence and in order to resettle a home.

A staff member in this job position will work with all staff members and in close conjunction with the team leader. Duties include various packing/unpacking/organizing functions that require knowledge of our standards of practice and procedures as well as the desire and ability to carry out these standards. Emphasis is placed upon dealing with confidential matters that require extreme tact, poise and patience with our clients as well as with other team members.

Time management skills are essential in this position as the move needs to be completed within the time estimates given to the client.

Teamwork skills play a second vital role in this position. Staff member must have the ability to distinguish matters of client confidentiality.

HIRING - Team Leader Trainee

Redefined Living, a professional organizing and move management company is looking for a Team Leader Trainee. Leadership qualities and time management skills are a must.

What are we looking for? We are looking for upbeat, cheery, organized, and reliable individuals to assist our clients with the entire relocation process. This includes sorting with the client, assisting with decisions about what will fit and where it will be placed, floor and space planning, packing, unpacking, leading a team, and making sure the move goes smoothly.

Who will you work with? On a daily basis, a predominately female group (who are energetic, enthusiastic, and well trained) "takes a home apart" and puts it back together. These ladies pack, unpack, organize and are quick to think on their feet - they DO NOT need a lot of supervision. If you enjoy creating a home, this may be a perfect fit for you. We are looking for someone who wants to be a leader, will learn our policies and procedures and works at a quick pace. Packing and unpacking requires manual labor, but the reward of creating a home and working with our clients is worth it.

How many hours per week? This is a flex-time position, but we believe it may offer 20-25 hours per week (or more depending on our schedule.) However, we are open to employees who prefer to work less hours. Work schedule is Monday through Friday and can range from 5-7 hours per day. We do not offer full time employment.

You must have a valid driver's license and must be willing to drive (learn to drive) a small cargo van.

TO QUALIFY: Applicants must be able to pass a background check. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. We are a non-smoking, drug-free corporation.
You must:
*Have a smart phone as our schedules are sent out by e-mail
*Have your own transportation to our office
*Be fluent in English
*Be physically fit and able to stand on your feet all day
*Must be able to lift 25 lbs. (newsprint bundles, etc.)
*Must be able to drive a cargo van with supplies as needed (we will train you)
