The Bellefonte Fire Department will be using the structure at 116 Paradise Road in Benner Township for fire department training. The training will take place Saturday, 6/6 from 8 AM until 4 PM.

The training involves systematically lighting fires in the structure and extinguishing them using fire department personnel. This training is extremely beneficial for firefighters and better prepares them for when structural fires do occur. Fire and smoke will be visible at the address and around the area throughout the day.

A portion of Paradise Road will be restricted to one lane, beginning at 7 AM due to the placement of fire apparatus for the exercise. Fire Police personnel will be on site to assist with directing traffic in the area of the lane closure. Please use caution if you are navigating the area.

The training is being conducted under the supervision of Instructors from the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy. All appropriate permits and permissions have been secured.

Champions of Bellefonte Little League’s 77th Season! ⚾🏆

Congratulations to the Undines on capturing the Bellefonte Little League Championship during the league’s 77th season! Through hard work, determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship, this group of players earned an unforgettable championship victory and made the entire Undine family proud.

Congratulations to these young athletes on an incredible season and a well-deserved championship!

Undine Fire Company officers and membership send our condolences to the Royer Family and his brothers and sisters at Pleasant Gap Fire Company on the loss of Gary.

Gary joined the Pleasant Gap Fire Company in 1977 and over his 48 years of service, held Chief for 20 years along with other Assistant positions. Gary put countless hours in with the Company and will greatly be missed by many in the community.

Please keep the Royer family and the Pleasant Gap Fire Company in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you to all of the mutual aid fire companies that assisted on scene or transferred to our station while we worked a second alarm dwelling fire in our coverage area on March 28, 2026.

Yesterday morning, the Undine Fire Company provided extrication equipment and members demonstrated how to gain access to patients entrapped in a vehicle for a Penn State EMT class.

After they observed stabilization of the car, door removal, dash lift, and roof removal, the students from the EMT class used the vehicle to practice their skills in boarding patients and safely removing them from the car.

Our crew had the honor of safely delivering a very important guest to the Bellefonte Egg Hunt at Talleyrand Park—none other than the Easter Bunny! With lights, smiles, and plenty of excitement, we made sure he got there just in time to greet all the kids and kick off the fun.

A big thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. We love being part of traditions that bring our community together!

What a great night for our annual Santa Run! 🎅🏼🚒

Thank you to everyone who came out to wave, smile, and support the Undines and the Bellefonte Fire Department. Seeing our community come together made the night a huge success!
