ππ₯ The Rich Kelley Helipad Project is Moving Forward! π₯π
With winter finally behind us, the Undine Fire Company #2 is excited to share that work is once again underway on the Rich Kelley Helipad Project at Hyde Park!
Over the coming weeks, electrical work will be mapped out and preparations are being made for the concrete to be poured as we continue building this important community resource. Once completed, the helipad will provide a safe, dedicated landing area for Life Flight helicopters responding to emergencies in Bellefonte and the surrounding area β where every second matters.
This project is being completed in memory of Richard βRichβ Kelley, whose years of service and dedication to emergency response continue to inspire our department and community.
We are incredibly grateful for the businesses, organizations, and community members who have already supported this effort. Your generosity and partnership are helping turn this vision into a reality.
