We have come a long way since the very first prototype coating chamber we developed back in the early 1990s (left). Today, SilcoTek fabricates and uses over 100 chambers of varying sizes and geometries to provide high quality game-changing for a variety of customer-supplied parts from semiconductor, analytical, life sciences, energy, and more industries.
